Boise State Athletics Makes Galbani® ‘Preferred Cheese of the Broncos’

Nampa, Idaho – August 15, 2023 – Boise State Athletics and Lactalis American Group today announced a partnership that makes the Galbani brand of Italian cheeses the “Preferred Cheese of the Broncos”. The partnership includes an in-stadium presence at football and basketball games, and brings gameday recipes to Broncos fans. Lactalis Cheeses Recognized with 13 Medals at American Cheese Society Judging & Competition

CHICAGO – July 25, 2023 – Lactalis, the world’s leading dairy company, was recognized for its cheesemaking expertise with 13 medals at the prestigious American Cheese Society (ACS) Judging & Competition awards ceremony held on July 19 in Des Moines, Iowa. The ACS Judging & Competition is the largest event for American-made cheeses, showcasing talent for excellent cheesemaking and commitment to food safety. Lactalis USA claimed 12 medals (four gold, five silver and three bronze), while Lactalis Canada was awarded a bronze medal.

Lactalis Wins 20 Medals for Dairy Production Expertise at 2023 United States Championship Cheese Contest

CHICAGO – Feb. 24, 2023 Lactalis USA was recognized this week for dairy production expertise with 20 medals at the United States Championship Cheese Contest conducted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA). The contest is considered the country’s premier technical contest for cheese, butter, yogurt and dry dairy ingredients. Product entries are judged by a team of highly qualified dairy processing experts on attributes such as flavor, body, texture, salt, color, finish, packaging and others.

Lactalis Names Olivier Delobbe Site Director of Nampa Plant

Nampa, IDAHO – March 15, 2022 – Lactalis American Group today announced that Olivier Delobbe has been named site director of its Nampa, Idaho plant. Delobbe has been promoted to the position after more than 25 years with Lactalis, most recently as assistant site director in Nampa. He is now responsible for leading and directing all aspects of production, quality, food safety and personnel at Lactalis’ largest production plant in the United States.
