The combination of Kraft Heinz’s Natural cheese businesses and Lactalis is an important milestone for both companies and all of us at Lactalis would like to take a moment to share how grateful we are to be taking this exciting next step . We deeply appreciate the trust Kraft Heinz has put in us and look forward to working with – and learning from – this incredibly talented team.

Like Kraft Heinz, we are passionate about quality, passionate about our customers, and passionate about having a positive impact for our employees and local communities. From our work combining with Kraft Heinz’s Natural cheese operations in Canada over the past year and our time getting to learn more about the U.S. operations, we know first-hand what a tremendous business – and special culture – are in place across Kraft Heinz. We are honored to have this chance to bring our teams together, build on our histories and pursue a proud new chapter of growth, innovation and success.

The opportunities ahead – to expand in the U.S. and to increase our exports to countries around the world – are extraordinary.
